How to Have an Extraordinary Day

Gratitude can turn an ordinary day into a great day. It will make you feel better if you are feeling down, or even if you are feeling bad. The action of stopping and writing down a list of things for which you are grateful will always lift your spirits. It can also free you to see new actions to take and even move you into action when you seem to be stuck or emotionally blocked.

Try it right now and see what happens. Make a list of ten or more people, places, and things for which you are grateful. Do it right now. Let me know the difference it makes for you.

Gratitude

I'll write a lot about gratitude. It is one of the most powerful energies in the world, yet most people have no clue about its amazing power.
